At The Cheeky Bear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

Return Period

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions listed below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Returned with any original labels, tags, accessories, or packaging, where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if the item:

  • Has been used
  • Has been washed
  • Has been damaged after delivery
  • Is missing original packaging
  • Shows signs of wear, stains, odors, or misuse
  • Is returned after the 30-day return period

For hygiene and safety reasons, plush toys that show signs of use may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. The Cheeky Bear is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you want a different item or replacement, please contact us and we will review your request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Because orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible after placing the order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
